We value innovation highly, this has inspired us to establish the Davies Disruptive Thinking programme to harness the creativity of our people. Since its launch, over 1,500 Davies employees have submitted ideas for enhancing the services we offer to clients, candidates and employees. Every year, we pitch the best ten ideas to our investors who put money into turning their idea into reality.
