Davies Resourcing have partnered with a cutting edge technology company to bring you a Tech Support role to support their clients. With exposure to some great hardware & software based in their tech hub this role will suit someone that likes taking a piece of hardware apart, understanding it and putting it back together.
Role – Tech Support Analyst
- Provide 1st line software & hardware support to customers
- Responding to incoming calls and tickets
- Providing on site support for the testing facilities at the tech hub
- Trouble shooting, Triage and categorise customer requests
- Providing remote support to customers
- Escalate any unsolved issues to 2nd line
- Support the wider team with set up & configuring of hardware
Skills & Experience:
- 1 year+ experience working on a IT Service Desk (Could be a placement year)
- Experience in a customer service role (Retail/Hospitality/call centre)
- Must have passion for technology
- Strong communication skill
Please note this role will be based on site with the potential of working 1 day per week from home.
