An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding solution provider of analytics solutions within the contact centre space, with a focus on enterprise level sales in speech analytics and workforce optimisation (WFO). The clients solution is regularly recognised by Gartner and Forrester as a marketing leading platform.
The job
We are looking for a senior business development individual with a proven track record of enterprise level contact centre SaaS solutions sales to existing and new clients. The split on this will be 60%-70% existing business and 30-40% new business. The role will require you to:
- Harvesting new relationships through a variety of methods including reaching out to your network, reference prospecting, traditional phone calls, email and social media activity, trade show attendance and subject matter speaking engagements
- Grow existing enterprise level existing accounts via consultative relationship building – land and expand.
- Providing Speech Analytics and thought leadership throughout the sales cycle
- Developing and executing on strategic and tactical targeted prospect plans resulting in new revenue growth
- Executive level relationship building and deal closing
- Managing the internal cross-departmental resources to ensure a successful sales cycle and on boarding process for new customers
- Exceeding targeted sales quota by applying a consultative sales approach – learning the customers buying motivations and processes, presenting demonstrable ROI solutions
- Where appropriate, align and work with channel partners to build relationships and joint sales opportunities
What we’re looking for
- Degree ideally required
- Home office experience required – role is field based with
- 60% field, 20%-30% home and 10 – 20% Office (Midlands)
- Knowledge and proven track record in Enterprise SaaS Contact Centre Market
- Minimum 5 years’ quota achievement and selling experience selling into Contact Centres – minimum enterprise deals are at $400k
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven business aptitude
- Experience in responding to large complex RFP’s
