This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to Join our growing team at Davies Resourcing. We are the recruitment arm of the Davies Group a global consulting firm. One of the fastest growing international companies ranked 28th in the Sunday Times International Track 200.

Due to increased business levels, this newly created role will involve working alongside a successful team and Practice Lead to deliver Digital Technology solutions against a dedicated client portfolio across the UK and some overseas roles.

This is an ideal role for a confident self-motivated team player or for someone who has some recruitment experience within a Digital or Technology & Transformation arena. The ideal candidate will be looking for a career path with progression.
Hybrid working with 2-3 days a week in the office

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Source, build and develop strong client and candidate relationships
  • Conduct telephone/ face to face pre-screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
  • Attending Client briefings for vacancies and assess client requirements alongside your manager.
  • Manage candidates from end to end – research/recruit/source/deliver
  • Provide advice guidance and coaching to candidates on CV structure and interviewing techniques
  • Build on existing Davies Resourcing client and candidate relationships and develop the Candidate pool of talent.
  • Provide a solution driven, value add service for candidates
  • Post placement care for candidates.
  • Interviewing candidates, offering support prior and post interviews
  • Qualify job specifications/salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job descriptions – check client requirements in line with key processes and legislation.
  • Gain market knowledge and build your candidate network
  • Manage online advertising across a variety of platforms to widen the talent pool

 Key requirements:

  • Self-motivated, success driven, confident communication skills and an active listener
  • Someone who enjoys autonomy and building / managing a portfolio of candidates
  • Enjoys engaging with potential job seekers on the phone, virtually and in person.
  • Process driven with excellent attention to detail.
  • A genuine knowledge or interest in the Technology sector would be preferred (recruitment training and development is offered)
  • Knowledge of cloud SaaS, networking and tech market trends is highly desirable
