Our client is an independently owned Insurance brokerage that offers an array of products to cover risks within the Equestrian, Funeral, Commercial and Personal Lines sectors inclusive of a portfolio of Schemes business. They have offices situated at various locations throughout the UK , however this position will be considered to be home based.
Reporting into the Deputy CEO, the Schemes Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of all DAs, current and newly approved, ensuring they remain within their Delegated Authority Framework, creating DA agreements and establishing relationships within the business to facilitate that. You will also oversee the MI analytics associated with the Schemes portfolio,
Candidates must have an in-depth understanding of Delegated Authority arrangements, and be able to effectively utilise that knowledge and ensure that the business is aware of appropriate DA standards. Candidates will ideally have an insurance broking background, however, candidates with will considered with insurer experience only.
