We are keen to speak to qualified Solicitors who would be interested in working for an SRA regulated firm of Solicitors that are owned by a Lloyd’s Insurance MGA . The position itself will see the successful candidate handle UK Professional Negligence Defence Claims on behalf of Insurers and Insureds.
You will manage your own case load, instruct and liaise with Counsel where required and prepare reports to Insurers and evaluate likely exposure and settlement strategies.
You must possess good negotiation skills to obtain the best outcome for stakeholders as well as have experience in Solicitors and IFA Professional Indemnity Insurance Claims.
This is a hybrid working position.
