My client are a thriving and award-winning insurance and technology organization seeking a Policy Review Specialist to join our Policy Analysis team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
As a Policy Review Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing policy information, ensuring customers have the right cover at the right price. You’ll communicate with customers over the phone and email, confirming details and updating policy information as necessary.
They’re looking for a results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Whether you’re new to insurance or have experience, they’ll provide you with comprehensive training and development opportunities, including a four-week induction program.

What a Policy Review Specialist does:

  • You’ll cast your eagle eye over insurance policies to check customer details are correct
  • You’ll update and revise customers’ policy details, making any adjustments needed
  • You’ll answer customers’ questions over the phone, by confirming details in the documents and through email
  • They’re all about the customer; you’ll give great customer outcomes and get things right first time. It’s in your DNA

Your skills & experience:

  • They would love you to have worked in a customer services role before or in a similar environment but it’s not essential
  • People are at the heart of everything they do. You’ll be a people person
  • You’ll be a great communicator with a sharp eye for detail
  • Organisation, timekeeping and structure are second nature to you
  • You’re not fazed by computers and software
  • You’re eager to learn and develop through continuous training
