My client based in Haywards Heath are on the hunt for an Operations Administrator to work in their small team to administrative support for the daily operations of their company, assisting in the smooth running of the office.  
 
THE ROLE
 

  • Answering phones, responding to client requests and inquiries as they happen
  • Scheduling Engineers and Subcontractors to attend clients onsite
  • Ordering materials.
  • Maintaining client/site records on bespoke software
  • Providing administrative support to other departments and projects

 
ABOUT YOU
 

  • Ideally seeking someone who has two or more years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Office programs
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask

 
THE PACKAGE
 

  • £20k-£24k salary
  • Pension
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Working hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
