Inspection Programme Project Manager

Are you a project management professional looking for an exciting new opportunity looking after a multi-national, multi-firm project? You would be joining my clients expanding Quality and Risk Team based in their Central London Office. My client provides an advisory service, specialising in finance related consulting for their network of clients who are based across the globe. As an integrated team, my client shares skills, insight and resources, as well as a client-centric approach that is based on a deep understanding of their clients’ business, empowering them to move forward with confidence and realise their full potential.

THE ROLE

  • Arranging the annual programme
  • Making sure any incomplete or missing information is followed up on.
  • Troubleshooting questions from the member Firms.
  • Identifying resources from Member Firms to support the global inspections through communication with Member Firm inspection coordinators.
  • Coordinate logistics including travel and hotel arrangements.
  • Monitoring the receipt of documents from Member Firms and supplying to inspection teams as required.
  • Scheduling meetings and processing expenses etc

ABOUT YOU

  • You have worked within a project management position for at least 3 years.
  • You have working experience with project management tools (Experience with Monday.com would be a great bonus!)
  • You’ve worked with data analysis and reporting tools including Excel and Power BI (Experience with Alteryx would be a big plus).
  • You have strong analytical and organisation skills.
  • You have great communication skills, able to comfortably speak with people from any background or seniority.
  • Proactive, reliable, and discreet. An ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.
  • Previous experience in working in an international environment would be great.
