THE ROLE
 
Due to a newly expanded contract, my client is on the hunt for an experienced and driven Data Analyst to join their highly successful team, the working model is on a remote basis with a need to be in office as a team 3 joined up days per month, travel costs & accommodation provided. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a flagship contract with excellent career progression opportunities.
 
Reporting to the Senior Analyst, you will be joining a very well regarded and strong Analytics and Performance team with a remit to provide accurate, clear and time-sensitive reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Data analysis and production of reports for a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will support the Senior Analysts to understand reporting what, why and what-if scenarios.
  • Support in the creation of easy to understand, interactive and intuitive dashboards and business reports.
  • Demonstrate analytical subject matter expertise supporting in the development of guides, training videos, briefings, and presentations.
  • Support the Power BI platform strategy, working with the wider business to test and feedback on development.
  • Actively contribute to the success of colleagues and teams through collaboration, coaching and sharing expertise.
  • Develop knowledge by reviewing the market, attending workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing your own personal network.
  • Work with the Reporting Manager and Workflow Co-ordinator to meet deadlines.

 
ABOUT YOU

  • Outstanding communication and ability and present clear information.
  • A time management expert with ability to prioritise own workload while juggling competing deadlines.
  • Work with different teams and various stakeholders to shape and test MI and performance reporting.
  • Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Advanced working experience of MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of Power BI, visualisation essential, DAX at beginner to intermediate level would be great
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Minitab would be great but not essential
