My client is a highly successful well known City based Asset Manager, focusing on funds and distribution. The business is growing and an experienced Compliance Officer is sought to join the existing Compliance team.

A generalist role supporting the Head of Compliance you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to the business, liaising with the European Branch offices and gaining an understanding of local regulatory requirements, provide advice on marketing & financial promotions, carry out analysis & research on regulatory changes and assess the impact on the business, work on the ACD  project, handle queries from the business and provide training where necessary. 

The ideal candidate will have a compliance background in Asset Management (preferably within a distribution business and experience of ACD’s).
