Our Client, is a market leading Independent Broker who has a fantastic opportunity for a hungry and positive new business account executive.
The position is unique in the market place as 99% of new business leads are provided!
Ideally you will have a solid working knowledge of general commercial insurances, however a knowledge of the Contractors, Construction or Motor fleet markets would be a distinct advantage.
You will be expected to act as a point of reference and knowledge to help and assist the rest of the team when the Team Leaders and Manager are otherwise engaged.
You will be joining an existing team of professionals that really do get on and care about the company they work for.
To be considered you will have a proven history in new business sales across the Commercial Insurance market and be a generalist, ideally with 5+ years expereince and able to demonstrate significant business sales experience with proven results against revenue/margin targets.
The ability to recognise sales opportunities, create and develop a healthy mix of pipeline through a strategic and targeted approach is a given coupled with a strong work ethic, good organisational skills and the ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority.
