Are you an experienced Insurance Account Handler seeking that opportunity to progress your career further?

Our client, has grown to become one of the UK’s leading independently-operated insurance brokers.

Specialise in farm and estate insurance but also provide bespoke to include large Vineyards, financial services, commercial and bloodstock insurance advice.

Established over 60 years’ 

16 offices across the UK are situated in rural or market town locations.

Experience and Responsibilities 

  • 3/5 years experience as a UK Insurance Account Handler 
  • Support to an Account Executive dealing with premium levels in excess of £25,000 but ideally over and above £100,000
  • General Cross Class Commercial risks handling and a flexible attitude are important.
  • Managing your own time and prioritising workload.

Essential Attributes

  • Cross Class Commercial Insurance Classes with knowledge of Farming and Agriculture covers very desirable
  • A willing ‘can do’ attitude, and a desire to learn about all aspects of insurance
  • Confident communication skills – both written & oral
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with both clients and insurers/underwriters
  • Good organisational ability
