Schedule a callThe challenge was considerable, given the short time-period available, the vast number of records to successfully migrate and the potential harm to policyholders that could have occurred as a result of a prolonged period of disruption.
Together we created new processes and had to embed new staff for MTAs, MID updates and NCDs. Given the workload, Christmas/New Year period and the ongoing impact of the pandemic, the Davies Team pulled off a significant accomplishment.
