Davies academy is a unique solution focused on sourcing and developing the next generation of insurance, banking and digital professionals. We employ entry level talent within our Academy and embed them within your organisation whilst they complete one of our comprehensive programmes that wrap development and support around their daily work. Upon completing their programme, you’ll have the option to hire them at no extra cost.

Our programmes are delivered virtually across the UK and take 15-18 months to complete.
Programmes are tailored to the role and culminate in the awarding of professional qualifications from industry bodies such as the CII, CBI or the ICA.
Our core programmes are based around professional apprenticeships. The Davies Academy is a registered flexi job apprenticeship agency which means you can use your levy to significantly reduce the cost of training.

We will work through how our process works, how we can best support you and how you can leverage and access levy funding.
After developing a detailed brief of your requirements, we get to work, proactively advertising and sourcing candidates ensuring that applicants are well educated on your roles and expectations. We complete interviews, assessment centres and shortlisting at which point we involve you in selecting the successful applicants who will be embedded in your business
New starters will complete an Academy bootcamp and be enrolled on one of our programmes at which point they will be embedded in your organisation. We will provide wrap around support through a blend of virtual classroom, workshops, e-learning and coaching.
Programmes will run for 15-18 months culminating in the successful completion of a professional apprenticeship and the award of industry qualifications. At this point you have the option to hire graduates from the academy at no extra cost.

The challenge was considerable, given the short time-period available, the vast number of records to successfully migrate and the potential harm to policyholders that could have occurred as a result of a prolonged period of disruption.
Together we created new processes and had to embed new staff for MTAs, MID updates and NCDs. Given the workload, Christmas/New Year period and the ongoing impact of the pandemic, the Davies Team pulled off a significant accomplishment.
